Fixed Time Module

Open ended Module
Projects that are contracted for a defined number of hours are referred to as Open ended Module. This module is advantageous when the anticipated duration of the project cannot be estimated and substantial architecture-level and structural changes are likely to occur while the software solution is being developed.
Full Time Equivalents Module (FTE)
FTE based IT solutions enable you in getting qualified and experienced personnel to suit your requirements working exclusively for you from our offices. You can hire a virtual team /dedicated developer from our existing payroll or you can select a new team on FTE contract basis, which we shall recruit for you.
FTE arrangements also ensure IP protection for your software, Unlike a conventional ‘Fixed Price’ deal, where you only get a license to use the product or at best you get co-ownership of the code, an FTE agreement is a “work for hire” agreement, hence all Intellectual Property developed by your team in India belongs to you exclusively
Full Time Equivalents is an IT staffing solution wherein our personnel are assigned to and are dedicated to your project and therefore, designated by us for your purposes alone. Personnel can be software engineers, project managers, software testers, software analysts or consultants. If the FTE resource performs tasks from our development center, the corresponding delivery sub-model is referred to as an Offshore FTE Resource. If the FTE resource performs tasks at your (or at your client’s location), such personnel are referred to as an Onsite FTE Resource.
